Mike Stern - Guitar Solo on "Giant Steps"

This continues to be a rite of passage for most jazz musicians and one's ability is often judged by how deftly they can navigate Trane's shifting key centers. Ironically Coltrane never performed this tune live. Stern burns through it with his usual brand of fused-up bop lines though demonstrating that he has plenty of ability.
