From one of my all time favorite records, "We Want Miles". Written for the son of one of Miles’ French girlfriends, this is a funk and fusion classic. One night at the 55 Bar in NYC I heard Mike Stern jamming on this tune and asked him about it. He said he couldn’t actually remember recording it or what it was called but hey, he’s Mike Stern and you’re not.
