Jaco Pastorius - Bass Solo on "Port of Entry"

This is one of my all time favorite Jaco solos. It's from the Weather Report album entitled "Night Passage" from 1980. It was actually recorded live in the studio with a small audience. You can hear the crowd begin to applaud near the end of the tune. Jaco absolutely tears this one up. The solo is over Amin and is mostly pentatonic in nature. This is some of his best playing on record by far.
