Wayne Shorter - Lead Sheet on "Virgo Rising"

I first heard this tune on a video of the Manhattan Project. The band was Wayne, Stanley Clarke, Lenny White, Michel Petrucciani, Pete Levin, and Gil Goldstein. I loved this tune and a few years later Wayne recorded it on his "High Life" CD. The melody is played on soprano sax on the record. This tune isn’t to be confused with another Wayne Shorter composition called "Virgo". It’s totally different. Wayne is really amazing in that he writes a tune like this that’s easy enough to read on a gig ,but that’s so beautiful and complex at the same time. Marcus Miller is the bass player on this version.
