This song is from the re-incarnated Mahavishnu Orchestra of the middle 80's. McLaughlin is THE man as far as I'm concerned in any incarnation. I believe the name of the CD is Mahavishnu IV, but I couldn't find it on Amazon.com. Transcribed by the one and only Steve Vai.
